All Together Careers Coaching supports your learning by fully listening to you in sessions to raise your awareness and connect you to your deeper desires and how they could be expressed in your work life.
This exchange allows open and powerful questions for reflection to be raised during coaching and this learning can help you release and unlock your own true potential.
There are also tools and exercises specific to this area that can be customised to your needs if you wish to use them, and broadly cover areas such as:
1. Uncovering and working with values, beliefs and core needs
2. Understanding and reflecting on the nature of change
3. Working with career drivers, motivators and demotivators
4. Defining goals, personal strengths and skills gaps for practical steps forward
My approach to careers coaching is to engage with the whole person – not just with mindset and knowledge but also with our emotional and intuitive selves. The tools and exercises are there to provide insight for learning with your permission – they do not label or define the whole of who you are. All Together Careers Coaching sessions are for you and it is a safe space free from labels, judgements or being imposed upon.
This gives you an opportunity to look forward, form defined goals and actions to genuinely empower yourself. This helps build your self-confidence and enables to take ownership of the life you truly want and break down your way forward into small and manageable steps.

Introductory Session
If you would like to proceed with coaching, we have a 1 hour introduction session to talk through what you require in more detail, understand what to expect, agree the approach you want to take and how we can tailor sessions based on your needs as well as any practical considerations.
Structure of Sessions
The structure, frequency and timing of the remaining sessions will vary based on what we discuss at the introductory session. All sessions are done online using Zoom.
To give you an idea, typically we could work together and review your coaching needs after four to six sessions. Length of sessions could be between 30 - 60 minutes on a frequency that suits you and your personal preferences.

Pricing of sessions is discussed upon initial enquiry to ensure your coaching package reflects your specific needs and circumstances. I endeavour to make coaching services financially accessible to those who are committed to moving forward with their lives.
